Pimms on the lawn

On a sunny afternoon there is nothing better than a glass of Pimms.                              

So this is how you do it: 

Ingredients:

- Pimms

- Lemonade

- Strawberries

- Orange

- Fresh Mint

- Cucumber

- Ice

Cut up the the strawberries, orange and cucumber. It's one part Pimms, three parts lemonade. 

Add the Pimms over the ice, followed by the fruit and then pour the lemonade over and mix. 

When you serve it make sure there's plenty of fruit in the glass!

 

After making my Pimms I decided to enjoy it in the Garden with my lovely poodle LuLu.

Ice Cream Floater

It's sunny,
so it's also time for an ice cream floater.

Ingrediants:
- Coca Cola
- Vanilla Ice Cream

Easy peasy. It taste absolutely fabulous and made quite a lovely treat, if I do say so myself.
The only problem is that it goes too quickly.
